The Company was started in a Niagara Street horse stable with one horse and one wagon.

Securities Corporation. Lincoln Securities Corporation owns seven operating companies,
each involved in the transportation, storage, distribution and general logistics of household goods, high value products, office and plant equipment and general commodities. Each corporation is separate and distinct from the others. Each has its own staff, facility and equipment.
Lincoln Moving & Storage of Buffalo, Inc. is organized in a functional manner. All
departments report to the President of the Corporation. Each department is broken down
into teams who perform the duties of that particular department. Regardless of the
department, all teams work closely with each other to assure the most professional, client

Training
At Lincoln, all personnel go through a rigorous training program. We have a classroom
on the premises for the continual training of all personnel: from our office staff, sales
personnel, packers, drivers to our managers and officers. This program was instituted by
the company as an on-going process to improve on our communications, industry
knowledge, documentation requirements and overall operational abilities.
Each new employee goes through a rigorous classroom program, where he/she is trained
by instruction as well as video tape training seminar from our training film library. The
new employee spends time with a "mentor" who works closely with him/her during on the
job training. After the mentor is reasonably sure that the trainee is ready, the trainee
is allowed to begin his/her job. The employee is under close supervision throughout his/her initial period. The employee will meet on a scheduled basis with his/her supervisor for additional training.
All training seminars are documented. Attendance and seminar topics are recorded.
These seminars are held every week, at the same time and in the same classroom. We find
that our more seasoned employees are happy to educate our newer employees on the
basics. We also have had enlightening discussions between our sales personnel and the
employees that are performing the services. The classroom is an open forum; a two way
communication place where operational challenges are worked out. All employees have
given positive feedback as to the success the training is having on our services.
This is our commitment to our clients to continuously improve on our services .
Environmental Commitment
We would be remiss if we didn't mention our commitment to the environment. Upon a
visit to our storage facility, you will find a large scale commercial paper fibers compactor permanently installed. Because of the nature of our business, we are continuously receiving vast quantities of used corrugated and non corrugated packing material from our clients. This material is compacted, processed and re-used by paper fiber companies for various applications. Regardless of the end use, we can proudly say that by the end of a year, we've saved hundreds, if not thousands of trees and other natural resources, not to mention, massive amounts of ecological savings in terms of the reduced need for land fill use.
