Lincoln Moving &Storage Of Buffalo, Inc. has made the commitment to continually upgradeexisting technology and develop new products that assist us in servingour clients.  In December 1994, Lincoln completely reengineered itsentire management information systems.   Existing hardware andsoftware systems were either reconfigured, upgraded or replaced with morepowerful, faster systems.  Our office systems increased five foldin terms of operating PC's with access to our internal Local Area Network. A new accounting sofware package, client tracking software, and operations/dispatchplanning package were installed.  These systems were put into placefor our continued, steady growth in clients, capacity and revenue. 

Our offices are connectedwith each other and with Atlas Van Lines on a daily basis via modem andtelephone lines.  Interstate shipments are registered directly onlinewith Atlas.  All updates are made online as well.  This saveson time, accuracy and paperwork. 
Our dispatchers communicate with Atlas Van Lines via modem to plan more efficientlythe long distance relocations of our clients.  Over the last fiveyears, our long distance fleet operation has experienced extreme growthin terms of actual volume transported and actual revenue received. This is a direct result of success in computerized communication with Atlas. 

Atlas Van Lines has alsomade major technological improvements in the last few years.  Oneof the most important tools available to our clients is our "CorporateCustomer Access System".  This software package allows our clientsdirect communication with Atals's mainframe system.  By simply loggingon, you have up to date information at your fingertips.  You can viewcurrent status on the who, when, where and how on each of your transferee'sinterstate relocations.  When each interstate relaocation is complete,your account manager will also check for accuracy, online before an invoiceis sent to you. 

If your company has the capability,Atlas can transmit interstate invoices via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). We can also accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).  Thesetwo programs are excellent ways to save time and money.  It's partof Atlas's commitment of being the leader in corporate relocations.
