Marshall and Serena from Lincoln moved us from Buffalo to just outside of Boston. The pick-up from two storage units and our apartment was smooth. They packed our stuff beautifully, and then held it for two weeks in the truck as we had to rent a house for two weeks before we could get into the new house. They showed up on time for delivery and were very efficient, and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
I praise the two gentlemen who moved my belongings. They were exceptionally professional, worked with great speed and efficacy and with great care for items. The entire move was completed in three hours - a great accomplishment. Good for Lincoln Moving for employing such dedicated and skilled employees.
Lincoln moved us from E.Amherst, NY to Williamsville, NY. Lincoln M&S was remarkable. 4 hard working men did a great job with the move. Courteous, energetic, good sense of humor and no damage. Would use them again without question.
Everything was packed extremely well. After traveling over 3,000 miles by truck, ship, another truck and finally a tractor (!) on a very rainy day, it all arrived dry and in perfect condition. The people who came to my apartment to pack were professional, pleasant and timely. I would use this company again and have already recommended them to someone else who is planning a long-distance move.
Had a good experience when Lincoln moved me from Lancaster, NY, to southwestern Michigan. The pack and load crew was very efficient, completing my fully furnished 1 1/2 bedroom apartment in just a few hours. A few weeks before the move the elevator in my apartment failed, so on the day of the move the crew had to use the stairs. No complaints, and no additional charges. They delivered my furniture and packed goods 3 days later. Brian and Serena did a fantastic job during a snowstorm unloading and placing all of my furniture. They gave us a courtesy call an hour and a half before arriving, they arrived on time, and finished the job in just over 2 hours. They were polite, efficient, and didn't mind moving things around when we changed our minds a few times. I'd recommend Lincoln Moving and Storage.
Brian Marshall and his team were fantastic, they were courteous, respectful, and delicate with our goods. The guys were personable and made our stress so much less on moving day, a true asset to their organization!
Had a great experience with the drivers and movers. I ordered a couch from Wayfair and had some conflicts with the delivery address. Tom was able to organize a great delivery and get the package here soon, especially under difficult circumstances. The delivery and drivers were also great. - Jessica
The moving crew we had 5/26/ 17 were courteous, professional, careful and efficient. After a stressful week of planning and scheduling the move, the made it so much easier than I expected. Thank you so much, crew was awesome.

EXCELLENT! My husband and I were so impressed with Lincoln Moving & Storage -- from the beginning (with our consultation with Mike in sales) to the packing up of our house on the first day, loading the truck the second day and moving us into our new home on the third day. The four gentlemen that were either present all three days or on moving day went above and beyond: Rashid, Chris, Jerry, and Junior. I just cannot describe how wonderful they all were. We have moved many times, and I’ve never been so impressed. They all went above and beyond and my husband and I were in awe of their patience, excellent work ethic, attention to detail, concern for our belongings, and so much more. Rashid was very worried, for example, about the furniture scratching our new hardwood floors in Webster, and wouldn’t move any of the furniture onto the floors without first affixing felt pads for us. All of the guys got along with each other well and worked like a well-rehearsed team. Sometimes companies don’t hear the good stuff, only the bad. Word of mouth, positive or negative, is very powerful. And, you can be sure that I will recommend Lincoln to anyone who needs quality at a fair price. Lincoln came in a little higher than another estimate, but because of our experience with Mike, we went with Lincoln and I’m so glad that we did. I hope that Lincoln will share this review with not only Rashid, Jerry, Junior and Chris, but the people who were with us on the other two days
